DESCRIPTION:
In the style of Thomas Cole, London, C.1850, figural group fitted with a French silk thread suspension movement. Gilt brass cast branches and an engraved silvered dial. Silvered cast figures.
CONDITION:
Overall the figural set looks to be in very nice condition. Hands could be replaced as they appear to be a little short. Although very nice, this clocks lacks the very crisp quality one normally associates with Cole. Exposed movement would benefit from a dome. Ht. 19".
